Another Sunday of work

Today we got a coat of paint on the house. We haven't painted any of the trim work yet, so that will clean it up some more. We wanted to get a second coat on, but sometimes I think we are a little over ambitious! Terri came over and visited us while we worked, so that was nice. It is slow work, but we are moving forward. Here is another before and after picture.

Todays progress report

We got a coat of paint on the gargage today. We actually put a coat of primer on the front and back , so we are feeling pretty good about our efforts today. We will try to get over there this week and get the second coat of paint on. We will be putting a new side door on and we have trim to put on the edges.

Sunday April 1st Garage day

Here are a few pictures of today's work at the project house. We are still waiting on getting electricity turned on, so we did a little work on the garage. It is kind of like a face lift, we put these 4x8 panels up over the old siding. We had to do all the cutting over a Beck's Mom's because of the electricity problem. Both sides of the garage are done, we'll scrape and sand the front and back side and then paint. We will trim it in 1x3 boards. It was a full day of work and glad to see some progress!
