How we spent New Years Eve.

We spent the another full day at the Project House. Michelle spent the day putting a second coat of paint on the dining room and the Kitchen. She also put the first coat of paint on the bathroom. I spent the day putting up baseboard and trim around doorways. We seemed to stay out of each others way in such a small house and got a lot accomplished!

  1. You certainly know how to start off a New Year. How lovely it looks. Does it make you want to move back?????

  2. No, still can't overcome the water issues and the size of the house, but it is a lot nicer than I have ever seen it look!

  3. I really love the color! Jim got the woodwork in our downstairs painted. You're setting a good example.

  4. Didn't know if I liked the color at first, but after we got the trim up, it really looks nice. We had to laugh as we see all kinds of orbs and in one picture you see a shadow (which is me)in one of tne picture. It looks like the pictures you see on "my Ghost story caught on video", I just had swept up the floor, so there was a lot of dust floating around.

  5. I have to say that I looked back through the pictures and came across a couple with the natural work before we painted the living room. I am sooo glad we painted it. It does look so much better and it just brightened up the room. If you look at the old way and then the new way, the difference is amazing and it's just a couple of coats of paint. I am also very glad to see all of this coming together and its just about done!
